Actors Guild of Nigeria’s President, Emeka Rollas has reacted to the news of what the Economic Financial Crime Commission (EFCC), did to the actress Helena Duru.

The rising movie star, Helena Duru in her post narrated how the unidentified men broke into her home and tried to force their way in.

She stated that when they eventually got forceful entrance into her house, she identified them as the EFCC and they were both Hausa men. She noted that the duo took turns in beating her.

Helena stated that while they were beating her she quickly rushed into the bathroom to get away from them and in a bid to report to their superior who was waiting downstairs she got another round of beating.

she wrote ;

“The next thing we heard they started damaging the staircase door and gained access. I went inside my room and locked the door. Two men climbed into my flat, damaged my two doors, gained access to my house, and started beating me. I got a slap first that made me shout Jesus Christ. They spoke in Hausa language but all I could hear was “yamiri” the beating became intense as they beat me in turns, using a rod/stick ( don’t exactly know what that was ) all over my body. One picked my USB phone cord and descended on me.”

Emeka Rollas took to his Instagram page to share gory videos of the damages done to Duru’s body and her apartment.

He also accused the EFCC o being cruel and condemned them for the act they carried out on the young actress.
