Mama Africa, Yemi Alade has spoken as she urges people to stop comparing themselves to other people instead they should be happy with how far they’ve come.
The singer posted a video via Instagram where she warned people to stop comparing themselves with other people.
The star stated that the easiest way to get sad is to come on Instagram and think people have better lives than you do.
Yemi revealed that most people on Instagram live fake lives and because you see them living expensive lifestyles doesn’t mean they are better than you in real life.
As the saying goes,” comparison is the thief of joy”, so instead of comparing yourself to other people be grateful for the life you have.
Well, the singer sure knows what she’s talking about as people couldn’t agree more with her motivational video.
The star is currently on tour and she’s definitely raising the flags of Nigeria high with her energetic performances.
