Why am taking #EndSars campaign seriously – Toke Makinwa opens up

Popular media personality, Toke Makinwa have opened up on the main reason why she’s taking the EndSars campaign seriously.

Toke Makinwa who is no doubt one of the most prominent personality in the

entertainment industry took to the street of Lagos alongside some other big names

in the industry to protest against the injustice done by operatives

of the SARS department.

The beautiful screen diva was seen among the crowds during the protest alongside

her best friend, Tiwa Savage, as they all urge the Government not to suspend the

operatives from staying at checkpoint but the unit should be scrapped as soon as possible.

Toke Makinwa some minutes ago have now stated that she has a brother and this

is one of the main reasons why she’s taking the campaign seriously than ever.

The award winning fashionista noted that she does not want her brother to go

through the same brutality Nigerian youths are going through, adding that

she does not want his look to cost him a prison or extortion.
