Rapper Ikechukwu is celebrating his birthday and surely we are happy for his new age. The Nigerian rap artiste knkqn for hit songs like ‘Wine Am Well’, ‘My Name is Ikechukwu’, amongst others, congratulates himself in an instagram post.
“This year has definitely been one helluva rollercoaster ride. All sorts of extremes in all facets of my life. Growth continuing to be the constant, being guided fully by my God and creator. Its been like a game of basketball against a formidable team, and i had to ante up and dig deep and shut the F up and do what was necessary to move forward with my morals and ego aside. That second wind just hit my lungs like just now now. Lol Gods plan is always the best and i fully know that now. Took some time for this stubborn head to hear it clearly but eventually it sunk in and deep did it go. With this new leaf , new page, new chapter, i promise myself to breathe, to run , to go , to dodge, to stand, to fight , to separate, to be all that i can possibly be with zero restraints. But at the same time i promise myself to live. Not just exist but to live.”
“For no one knows tomorrow and i couldve easily not celebrated this birthday today. I couldve been mourned but HE said no. And so i am here. And dont take it for granted one bit.
