Busola Dakolo honoured as one of the ‘Game Changers of 2019’

Though Busola Dakolo might not have won her rape case against COZA pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, but she has been honoured by This Day magazine as one of the heroes of 2019.

The professional photographer, and wife to singer Timi Dakolo, has been recognized as one of the ‘Game Changers’ in 2019 by ThisDay magazine, and she feels elated by the honour and she had to reflect on her travail in 2019.

This is for every woman who have been carrying the burden of being abused and raped for years without the courage to speak your truth. I hope my truth and fearlessness give you the strength to confront your abuser whenever you are ready. Truth is like surgery it hurts for a while but it eventually heals.
