American rapper, Meek Mill has donated his Rolls Royce Phantom to the COVID-19 relief fund.
With the whole world currently fighting the deadly Coronavirus, the Philly-bred rapper
decided to auction off his Rolls-Royce Phantom as part of the
#ALLINCHALLENGE, which is dedicated to addressing food inequality.
Meek Mill via a post on his Instagram Page revealed that though the car was his
dream he had to auction it so as to save the world.
The award winning rapper noted that he
will miss the Rolls Royce which he claimed
made him chase success.
He posted:
Meek Mill had also nominated nominated Lebron James, Floyd Mayweather and James Harden to donate in the relief fund package.
So far, Kevin Hart, Justin Bieber and Magic Johnson are among the celebrities who
have stepped up to the plate by joining the challenge.
United States of America has one of the highest number of casualties as the
pandemic virus has struck the country hard.
Jay-Z and Meek Mill some days back sent 100,000 masks to prisoners amidst the
coronavirus pandemic.
The rapping duo are heads of REFORM Alliance, an organisation set up to reform
the criminal justice system by changing laws and policies.
Both award winning rappers donated 40,000 masks to Tennessee, 50,000 to
Rikers Island and 5,000 to Parchman, a move that was appreciated by the prisoners.
