Veteran Actress, Kate Henshaw has taken to her Instagram page to lament on the present hike in food items in Nigeria.
The actress recounted her experience in the market and repeatedly stated that things are now so expensive.
Kate stated that she wanted to buy a tuber of yam and couldn’t believe the amount it was sold for, the actress revealed that even the seller walked away after she price the item down.
The actress revealed that she couldn’t even buy most of the things she budgeted for and ended up using most of the money to buy a tuber of yam.
She also couldn’t hold her curiosity as she asked Nigerians how they are managing with the current state of things.
The 50-year-old actress is still looking yummy despite already hitting the Golden age.
The actress is still showing off her talent regardless of her age as people couldn’t help but commend her role in the movie ‘Blood Sisters’.
