Ghanaian musician, Eazzy, in her latest interview with the BBC has opined that is difficult for female musicians to decide on when to have babies.

Eazzy

In the interview, Eazzy shed lights on some challenges faced by female Ghanaian musicians.

According to the “Wengeze” hitmaker, women in the Ghanaian music scene already find it tough in gaining acceptance in the industry and after their breakthrough, it becomes a tougher burden of how to keep their relevance in the spotlight.

Known in her personal life as Mildred Ashong,  Eazzy added that the whole period of pregnancy demands a lot from a woman and the period can force her to go on a break from their music career.

According to Eazzy, the challenge lies in the fact that the female musician may not be ready to go on such a career break. Thus, in her opinion, due to this, the decision on the time to have babies becomes difficult for female entertainers.

Furthermore, the Ghanaian musician also spoke about her career so far from her first song to her latest SOLO E.P, which she released some few months ago.
