Dubai-based Nigerian big boy, Hushpuppi has finally been extradited to United States of America from Dubai where he was apprehended alongside his friends.

This was confirmed in a post by the authorities where they thanked Dubai police for their relentless effort in the war against cybercrime.

The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) officially thanked the UAE and Dubai police for their exceptional efforts and cooperation in the arrest of Raymond Abbas, known as ‘Hushpuppi’, and Olalekan Jacob Ponle ‘Woodberry’ in operation ‘Fox Hunt 2’

Director FBI, Christopher Wray, praised the exceptional efforts of UAE and Dubai Police in combating transnational organised cybercrime.

Wray thanked the Dubai Police for their cooperation in extraditing the wanted criminals.

Hushpuppi was said to have duped over 1.9 million innocent people across the globe and was said to have duped many more during this Coronavirus crisis.
