Nigeria female singer and songwriter, Simi have launched an attack on the country politician as she noted that most of them are in the system to steal money and are afraid of accountability.

Bad governance have become the trending issue on social media for the past few

days as Nigerians have been calling out politicians over the situation which the

citizens have found themselves.

Protest are being held across states in the country as youths demand for good

Governance as well as end to police brutality that have become a headache

to majority of the youths.

With the EndSars protest halted for some days now, all eyes have been turned back

to Nigerian politician after a bill to regulate social media was discussed at the

Lagos House of Assembly.

Simi who joined top personalities in protesting during the EndSars movement

have now shared her opinion on the case study as she noted that most of the

politicians in the country are afraid of accountability.

According to Simi, their aim is just to steal money meant for the masses and are not used to answering questions on why things are not working well.

She added that if Nigerians continue mounting pressure on them, they will either fix up or stop running.

Most of these politicians are afraid of accountability, cause they’re only there to take advantage of the system and steal OUR money. They’re not used to having to answer questions or to actually work. So if we continue to apply pressure, they will either fix up or stop running.
