Everyone needs supporting mothers like that of Burna Boy and DJ Switch- Efia Odo

Beautiful Ghanaian actress and TV presenter, Efia Odo is of the view that everyone needs huge pillars of support such as the mothers of Nigerian afrobeats singer, Burna Boy and young Ghanaian disc jockey, DJ Switch.

Arguably, everyone, regardless of how talented they might be would require a certain amount of support from people in order to reach their fullest potentials.

The Ghanaian born but American raised actress expressed her opinion via a tweet.

She wished that everyone had a mother who supports their children’s talent be it singing, dancing, writing and the rest just as Burna Boy and DJ Switch’s mum’s do.

Burna Boy’s mum popularly referred to as “Mama Burna” has  been helping to promote and push Burna Boy’s music ever since he began his music career. She is currently Burna Boy’s manager. It is obvious she has been supporting her son and she is undoubtedly a major contribution to the BET award winner’s success in his music career.

In addition, the mother of DJ Switch has been supporting her daughter to pursue disc jockeying even though such a vocation is male dominated and even for her tender age.  The young girl is still breaking barriers with her talent through the support from her mum.
