President Muhammadu Buhari snubbed Senator Remi Tinubu, wife the APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu a video was posted online that shows this action.

President Buhari upon arrive at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Abuja greeted the whole dignitaries in waiting while snubbing Senator Remi Tinubu.

However, people reacted on twitter have reacted to the video, some twitter users justified President Buhari’s action as a core Islam, while some bemoaned the President.

This event was the official opening of eNigeria organised by Honourable Minister of Communications & Digital Economy, Dr Isa Pantami.

This video of President Buhari not shaking hands with Senator Remi Tinubu at a function in Abuja yesterday November 28th, has got people talking on Twitter. Some Nigerians query why he did not shake her like the other male government functionaries. Others however argued that as a Muslim, he is not expected to shake any woman. This was however countered by Nigerians who pointed out that the President shook hands with German Chancellor, Angela Merkel when they met sometime ago.
