Veteran Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has urged fans to extend their lockdown for another month due to the ongoing Coronavirus crisis.

"For your own good extend your lock down by one month" – Tonto dikeh advises

As earlier reported that the Federal Government had extended the lockdown in

Lagos, Ogun and Abuja for an extra one week after citizens had already spent a

month at home.

With Nigerians reacting furiously to the news on social media as some claimed

they are hungry and should be allowed to go to work, Tonto Dikeh has other option

on the subject matter.

According to the star actress, citizens of Nigeria should try and extend their

lockdown for an extra 30 days for the safety of their family.

Using the Spanish flu that occurred in 1918 as case study, Tonto Dikeh noted that via a

post on her Instastories cited that the flu caused more damage after people were

asked to come after the first phase.

Tonto Dikeh has been supportive ever since the pandemic virus struck Nigeria as

she has been giving out to the less privileged.

The beautiful screen diva through her foundation, Tonto Dikeh Foundation has

been learning a helping hand to people in the rural area who can’t meet end needs.

Tonto Dikeh ans her team was however attacked by some community who seems

to be dying from hunger but this has not stopped her from continuing the good job

that have seen her become one of the best humanitarian in the country.
