Super Falcons Win First Match In Women’s World Cup

This is their first win of the campaign, having woefully lost 3-0 to Norway in their opening game.

They currently sit in 3rd place with 3 points, behind leaders France (6 points) and second placed Norway (3 points)

The Republic Of Korea are rooted at the bottom of the table and they face Norway next. The Super Falcons however, will face France in the last game of the group stage and stand a chance to qualify if they beat the hosts.

We wish our girls the best!
