Nigerian female singer, Yemi Alade has lamented about the high rate of deaths occurring in the country due to spiked poison.

The whole world might currently be struggling from the deadly pandemic

Coronavirus but Nigerians has had to deal with a lot of internal issues other than virus.

From the case of armed robberies to rape and molestation of females, the country have

become scary place to live in and despite outcry from citizens things does not look like it

will be changing soon.

However, people dying as a result of spiked poison is now getting out of hands as new

cases are being reported across the country on a daily basis.

Devastated by this development, Yemi Alade via a post on her Twitter handle stated how

sad she is to have been hearing such news at this tough time.

Yemi Alade who could not hide how broken she is noted that the devil has opened a

workshop in the minds of people and is now misleading them.

She however prayed for fans to escape through any poison that might be spiked in their drink by someone close to them as she added that she does not trust anyone even with water.

Yemi Alade tweeted:

I’m just heartbroken! The number of deaths from poison have SPIKED IN NIGERIA ! TRUST

NO ONE EVEN WITH WATER! Devil has opened workshop in the minds of people!

Lord God, please save us all from the evil hands of untimely death, rebuke the hand that

poisons a brother’s drink or food.
