Premier League side, Manchester United have extended the loan deal on Nigerian forward, Odion Ighalo until January 2021.
Odion Ighalo has been in the news lately over his United loan deal from Chinese
outfit, Shanghai Shenhua that was set to expire today, June 1.
However, the red devils pursuit to tie down the former Watford striker to a new loan
deal has now been confirmed till January 2021.
Odion Ighalo who was signed as a replacement for the injured Marcos
Rashford has defy all odds by banging in goals and putting up some impressive performance.
The Nigerian striker has scored four goals in just eight appearance for Manchester
United making sure they are still in contention for European football next season.
Odion Ighalo will be eager to continue impressing Manchester United boss, Ole
Gunnar Solskjaer who seems to have trust in his abilities.
He will be kick-starting his new United career when the Premier League returns on
June 17 but will be doing so in front of an empty stadium due to the current Coronavirus crisis.
